The LCD-WVGA LVD is an active matrix liquid crystal display with 854 × 480 × 3 color dot resolution. The display is fabricated in a high speed, low power CMOS process utilizing single crystal silicon-on-insulator (SOI) starting material. The display features capacitively-coupled video inputs with integrated DC restore circuitry for reduced interface voltage swing. A sleep mode is provided to simplify system power management. The display module reduces the customer development cycle and reduces the customer development cost. It is small in volume and can be easily applied to the customer's product development and design.
